Abstract

The present Regulation enacts, inter alia, section 47 of the Forest and Range Practice Act according to which a person carrying out a forest practice or a range practice must carry out measures that are a) specified in the applicable operational plan, or b) authorized by the minister to prevent the introduction or spread of prescribed species of invasive plants. Section 2 of the above-mentioned Act establishes a list of the prescribed species of invasive plants.
