The present Law enters into force on 1 January 2009.
Abstract

The present Law implements the Federal Act of 4 October 1963 on installations for the transport of liquid fuels. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Federal Act. Article 3 establishes that the Executive Council is the supreme cantonal supervisory authority over pipelines systems under the cantonal legislation. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Competences (II); Procedure (III); Expropriation (IV); Fees (V); Transitional and final provisions (VI).
