Abstract The present Law implements the Federal Act of 4 October 1963 on installations for the transport of liquid fuels. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Federal Act. Article 3 establishes that the Executive Council is the supreme cantonal supervisory authority over pipelines systems under the cantonal legislation.
