The present Law enters into force on 1 July 2013.
Abstract

The present Law regulates the sustainable and responsible exercise of fishing in surface waters in public and private waters. Article 2 establishes that the Canton transfers the right to exercise fishing and the related obligations by lease or issuing of fishing permits to owners of fishing rights.
