The present Law enters into force on 1 July 2006.
Abstract

The present Law enforces the Federal Economic Supply Act of 8 October 1982. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to competent authorities responsible for the execution of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: General principles (1); Responsibilities of the institutions and confidentiality (2); Costs, administration of justice and penalties (3); Final provisions (4).
