Abstract The present Law implements the Federal Act of 8 October 1982 on economic supply. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Act in the Canton Luzern. Article 1 lists the competent executive bodies, such as the Executive Council, and the Cantonal Specialized Agency.
