The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2002.

Abstract

The present Ordinance introduces the Lake Constance navigation Ordinance. Annex 1 of the Ordinance contains the Lake Constance Navigation Ordinance. The text thereof consists of 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Provisions on transport (II); Provisions on authorization (III); Final provisions (IV).
