Abstract

Interstate Standard GOST 15113.1-77 shall be applicable to food concentrates and establishes methods for determination of packing quality, net and volume weight, separate components mass fraction, particle size of certain types of product and milling grade. The quality of packaging and labelling is determined by visual inspection of all packaging units of products selected in accordance with GOST 15113.0-77. Type and condition of the packaging material and labels, the content of the inscriptions, the quality of wrapping and gluing, the orientation and clarity of printing, the brightness and alignment of colors and the compliance of these indicators with the requirements of technical documentation for each type of food concentrates shall be subject to checking. Method of determination of net weight is based on determining the net weight of the product by the difference between the gross weight and consumer packaging. Determination of the grinding size of flour from grains for infant food is based on determining the fractional composition of flour by grinding size using a set of sieves. The mass fraction of a fraction of a certain fineness of grinding is expressed as a percentage.
