Food concentrates are accepted in batches. A batch is a set of units of homogeneous products of the same type and name in the same packaging, one net mass, manufactured by the enterprise in one shift and drawn up by one document on the quality of the established form. The quality document must contain the following main details: (a) name of the manufacturer, its subordination and location; (b) name of product; (c) net weight of the packaging unit; (d) production date; (e) shift number; (f) the mass of the party; (g) test results; (h) term and conditions of storage; and (i) designation of normative documentation. It is allowed, for intracity deliveries, instead of issuing a document on quality, to put a stamp on the accompanying document indicating that the batch of concentrates meets the requirements of the standard. To control the quality of packaging and labelling of shipping containers, a random sample from different stacks should be selected from the batch, the volume of which is indicated in Table 1.
