In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the allocation of milk quota. Section 3 establishes that the Council authorizes the participation of the Board in an inter-provincial milk quota exchange with milk control agencies in one or more provinces of Canada outside of Nova Scotia subject to the conditions set out in the present Regulations.
