Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Dairy Industry Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the allocation of milk quota. Section 3 establishes that the Council authorizes the participation of the Board in an inter-provincial milk quota exchange with milk control agencies in one or more provinces of Canada outside of Nova Scotia subject to the conditions set out in the present Regulations. The text consists of 5 sections.
