This Interpretation enters into force on 1 February 2007.
Abstract

The purpose of this interpretation is to correctly hear the cases involving the disputes over infringement upon the rights of new plant varieties. The licensee of a licence contract on implementing new plant varieties, who considers that his rights to new plant varieties have been infringed upon, may lodge a lawsuit to the people’s court.
