Abstract

A Regulation to implement the International Trade (Fauna and Flora) Act 1979. It prescribes forms for application and a permit to import, export or re-export fauna listed in Appendix I, II or III of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora prescribe that where the export or import of a species listed in an Appendix to the Convention is subject to control under another law of the country, a licence or permit to export or import specimens of that species
