Abstract

The purpose of these Measures is to strictly regulate production and processing activities of small food workshops, and strengthen the administration of production and processing licenses thereof. The Measures consist of 40 articles. The Measures provide for the conditions, procedures and requirements to be satisfied for the application, examination and approval of small food workshop production and processing licenses. The Measures further provide for the alteration, extension and replacement of the licenses, the supervision and administration measures, and offences and penalties.
