Abstract

This Inter-Ministerial Order establishes native forest exploitation requirements within the State of Santa Catarina. It consists of 28 articles and 4 annexes specifying that the exploitation of the aforementioned forest shall be permitted only by satisfying selective tree logging requirements and by a sustainable forest management under the Brazilian Institution for Environment and Natural Renewable Resources - IBAMA.
