The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Laws of 2003-2008. The present Law, for a better compliance with Council Directive 96/61/EC concerning integrated pollution prevention and control, carries forward amendments to articles 4, 6, 8, 13 and by adding a new article 11A. Also, the first Annex (I) of the principal Law is hereby amended.
