Abstract

The present Regulation enacts sections 36 and 39 of the Integrated Pest Management Act. The Regulation deals, inter alia, with the following matters: classes of pesticides, exclusion from the definition of “pesticide”, licences, certificates, permits, permit applications, pesticide use notice, licences. The text consists of 83 sections and 4 Schedules.
