Abstract This Instruction consisting of 6 articles establishes that: the Minister of Agriculture shall rent farmland and houses in modern villages to graduates of colleges and institutes of agriculture and veterinary medicine (art.3.3 lists conditions to be met) not working in government departments or public sector (art.1); at the Ministry of Agriculture shall be established a Committee for Renting Land and Houses in the Modern Villages (art.2) with the following tasks: studying the requests submitted, preparing a record of the names of the winners and submit them to the minister for approval and announcing the names of the winners (art.3); a draw shall take place to assign the agricultural site and the residential house (art.4); rules for the tenants (art.5).
