Abstract These Instructions consist of 20 articles and (i) state that requests for registration or re-registration of a pesticide must be submitted to the National Registration Committee by a body officially authorized to submit the application; (ii) list the documents to be submitted with the application; (iii) provide specifications regarding the technical file of the required pesticide, diagnosis of the pesticide product, biological properties of the active substance, toxicological data, environmental studies on the fate of the active substance (i.e. bird mouth, fish, seedlings, insects, water, soil, etc.), the appropriate test examinations and criteria used for identification, final product information, and safety information, also according to the WHO criteria.
