Abstract

This Instruction establishes that for individual vehicles, checks shall be performed at state control points with measuring instruments. In case of exceeding the maximum permissible rates of emissions, a protocol is drawn up for bringing to administrative responsibility in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and a decision is issued to ban the operation of this vehicle before adjusting the fuel system. An order is issued to correct deficiencies within 3 days.
