It establishes that expired and prohibited pesticides shall be subject to compulsory recycling, processing and burial in original manufacturer’s packages. Means for transport destined for transportation of semi-liquid waste shall be equipped with hosepipe for discharge. Dusty wastes shall be subject to dampening at all stages of transportation. Waste processing at landfills shall be carried out through burning, neutralization and burial. Location of landfills in the areas destined for housing construction shall be prohibited.
