Protection against biological pollution of soil shall be subject land of residential areas, recreational areas, irrigated agricultural land and other plots of land. Assessment of the degree of pollution shall be carried out with the consideration of sanitary and microbiological indices in accordance with sanitary regulations and methodological instructions.
