Hunting of sick or injured animals, or of those harmful to stockbreeding and apiculture, shall be authorized year round. Hunting licences for brown bears shall be issued for the following purposes: (a) delivering meat to public catering organizations; (b) sport hunting; (c) personal consumption by sparsely distributed indigenous populations and ethnic communities in the North (free of charge); and (d) controlling the number of brown bears.
