Abstract

This Instruction requires that meat and meat-based products of all agricultural or wild animals, including poultry products, be subject to compulsory marking by veterinary physicians and attendants. Authorized regional veterinary institutions shall prepare and keep the official list of veterinary physicians and attendants authorized to carry out veterinary marking. The Instruction contains a description of the veterinary mark and punch, as well as the modalities for marking.
