Abstract

This Instruction regulates relations between forest owners and forest managers for the multiple, continuous and sustainable use of non-timber products, and for the reproduction and protection of forests. Secondary forest management includes: (a) haymaking and grazing; (b) apiculture; (c) procurement of sap; (d) growing fruits and edible nuts; (f) growing medicinal plants; and (g) gathering moss, reeds and dry foliage. Natural persons and domestic or foreign legal persons shall have the right to carry out secondary forest management by permit. Citizens shall have the right to use forests for the following purposes: (a) recreation; (b) gathering wild fruits, edible nuts, mushrooms and other foods; (c) gathering medicinal plants; and (d) tourism.
