Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to licensing proceedings for installations according to article 7 of the Atomic Energy Act. Whoever erects, operates or otherwise holds a stationary installation for the production, treatment, processing or fission of nuclear fuel or the reprocessing of irradiated nuclear fuel or materially alters such installation or its operation, shall require a licence. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Sphere of application, application and documents (I); Participation of third parties and other authorities (II); Meetings to be hold (III); Licensing (IV); Special provisions (V); Final provisions (VI).
