Abstract

This Order amends the Inshore Fishing (Prohibition of Fishing for Cockles) (Scotland) Order 1995 in article 3. It extends the prohibition of fishing for cockles within the Solway Firth, so that it covers fishing by any method, including by means of any vehicle, equipment or manual gathering, and from any fishing boat.
