Abstract This Order amends the Inshore Fishing (Prohibition of Fishing and Fishing Methods) (Scotland) Order 1989 by substituting item 4 of Schedule 2, which was itself inserted by article 2(5) of the Inshore Fishing (Prohibition of Fishing and Fishing Methods) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2003 (S.S.I. 2003/404) (article 2).
