Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 37 of the Inland Waters Shipping Act, provide that a master of any power driven vessel of ten tonnes or more shall keep a log-book in such vessel. S(he) shall enter such particulars in the log-book as specified in these Regulations, including any shipping casualty deemed to have occurred in accordance with a given section of the Act (presumably section 178).
