Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 37 of the Inland Waters Shipping Act, implement provisions of that Act respecting licensing of vessels. Every application for a licence shall be on Form I in the Schedule hereto, and shall be addressed to the Licensing Authority. A holder of a licence shall notify the Licensing Authority if the vessel in respect of which the licence was issued ceases to be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the licence. The Regulations also specify fees for the issue of a licence.
