These Regulations enter into force on 22 December 2009.
Abstract

These Regulations, divided into 3 Parts and completed by five Schedules, prescribe the description, form and size of equipment that may be used to take fish for recreational purposes, and regulates the use or possession of any equipment for taking fish. The Regulations further provide for: licence fees; infringement notice offences; etc.
