This Order enters into force on 31 May 1996.
Abstract

This Order declares the waters of the River Derwent that lie upstream from an imaginary straight line drawn between the southern extremity of Dowsings Point and the southwestern extremity of Store Point to the seaward limit of that river to be excepted waters for the purpose of the Act.
