These Regulations enter into force on 22 December 2009.
Abstract

These Regulations provide for the description form and size of commercial nets and for restrictions on their use for taking fish for commercial purposes. The Regulations provide for offences to have fish taken by unlicensed persons and prescribes fees in respect of licences, permits, registrations and registers issued or kept under the Act.
