Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Public Health Act, make provision for measures to control the spreading of equine encephalomyelitis. Ships may be disinfected by a Port Health Officer or a Sanitary Inspector authorized by him or her. The Port Health Officer shall issue a certificate of disinfection to the master of the ship.
