Abstract

The Act establishes, under Part 2, licensing requirements to cultivate, harvest or process industrial hemp. Part 2, Division 2 regulates application process, granting and renewal and transfer of a license. Division 3 considers changes in partnership or body corporate that may affect license discipline. Part 4 contains provisions applicable to licenses, situations like false or misleading information, contravention of conditions of a licence, etc. Part 5 and 6 regulate respectively appeals and enforcement.
