Abstract

This Chapter of the Idaho Statutes concerns industrial development districts in port districts. Specifically, it provides for authorization of industrial development districts, notice, and hearing; tax-title lands conveyed to port district; private lands; adoption of plan; improvements to follow plan adopted; amendment, modification or change of plan; industrial development districts, and powers; industrial development districts, sale or exchange of property; sale, notice, and hearing; determination concerning sale or exchange; sale, contract or bid; sale, and plans for development; covenants as to use, and forfeiture.
