The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the direct discharge of waste water in public waste disposal plants. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Requirements according to the Waste Water Discharge Ordinance (2); Requirements according to administrative regulations (3); Other requirements (4); Discharge authorization (5); Requirements according local authorities (6); Penalties (7); Entry into force, transitional provisions (8). One Annex is enclosed.
