Abstract

This Act sets out application procedures for the incorporation of a society to the Registrar; rules of incorporated societies; registration of incorporated societies; certificate of incorporation issued under the seal of the Registrar; penalty for improper use of word “Incorporated”; contracts by society; prohibition for the society to engage in operations invoiving pecuniary gain; registration of members of the society; powers of inspection of Registrar; and appeals from decisions of Registrar.
