The Regulations enter into force by a Cabinet Council Notification to be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic.
Abstract

The provisions of these Regulations define the terms and conditions for exports of animals and genetic material into third countries for reproduction purposes. Any person with an interest to export to third countries should at least one month before the date of the export apply to the competent authority for an approval. Together with the application should submit all the necessary supporting documents required by the provisions of the present Regulations.
