This includes improving the yield of offspring of livestock and increasing resistance to disease and fertility. The Minister of Agriculture shall appoint an Advisory Committee for the purposes of this Act and may issue regulations in relation to improving livestock. There are provisions relating to inspection (sect. 4) and offences (sect. 5). The Minister of Agriculture is charged with the implementation of this Law (sect. 6).
