The text enters into force on 18 September 2002.
Abstract

The present Ordinance will be reported as the Imposition of qualitative control to agricultural products (quality and presentation of agricultural products that are intended for marketing, import the export) Ordinance 2002. With this Ordinance are determined the requirements concerning the quality and the presentation, not regulated by any other legislation, of agricultural products that are intended for marketing, import the export. The requirements for the quality and the presentation of agricultural products are determined in the Annex appended to the text: requirements for agricultural products that are intended for seeding; requirements for fresh agricultural products; requirements for legumes and cereals; requirements for seeds of flowers, vegetables, herbs and drained seeds; requirements for the vinicultural products; requirements for locust beans and by-products; requirements for olives and olive oil.
