Importation of live fish other than fish mentioned in the Schedule requires a licence granted by the Minister. The Minister may grant a licence to import live fish other that those mentioned in the Schedule subject to such terms and conditions as the Minister, at his or her absolute discretion, may determine. The Minister may amend the Schedule and make Regulations for the better carrying out of provisions of this Act.
