Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Animals (Diseases and Importation) Act in relation with the handling of meat, bones, offal, part of carcase of any animals, swill and food waste which has been in contact with animal parts. Such materials shall be boiled before they are brought into contact with or fed to cattle, sheep, pigs or goats or before they are sold. No person shall permit any animal to come into contact with such materials before they are boiled.
