Abstract

No person shall without written permission from the Chief Agricultural Officer import into Guyana: honey, combs, previously used hives and other bee-keepers’ stock, queen bees or worker bees and drone bees in any stage of their development. The Chief Agricultural Officer may impose conditions of importation and at any rate queen bees shall be packaged in accordance with regulation 4. Every importation of a queen bee shall be made at the risk of the importer. (5 regulations)
