Abstract

These Regulations prohibit the importation of animals and animal products from countries specified in the Schedule to these Regulations. Animals or products imported in contravention of these Regulations shall be detained, destroyed or otherwise disposed of at the discretion and direction of the Chief Technical Officer. Animal products include fodder, litter and dung.
