Importation Milk (Prohibition) Act 1997.

This Act prohibits the importation into Bermuda of any of the following dairy products: (a) raw milk; (b) pasteurized milk; (c) ultra-pasteurized milk; (d) ultra heat treated milk; and (e) manufactured milk. However, the Minister, may by Order authorize the importation into Bermuda of such dairy product subject to such conditions as may be set out in the Order.
