Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 3 of the Import Control Regulations Act, prohibit the importation any chicken (fowl) and chicken parts into The Bahamas without a licence issued by the Minister responsible for agriculture. A licence shall be subject to such terms and conditions as the Minister may specify therein. Non-compliance with licence requirements and conditions shall be punished in accordance with these Regulations.
