Abstract The present Regulations implement the Cantonal Agriculture Law of 25 January 2008. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to promote environmentally-friendly and sustainable farming systems, plants and equipment. Article 1 establishes that the Canton shall promote contributions within the framework of the annual estimate to measures improving the ecological quality in networking projects.
