The present Regulation enters into force retroactively on 1 March 2008.
Abstract

The present Regulation enforces the Cantonal Agriculture Law of 25 January 2008. Article 1 establishes that financial assistance (contributions, investment loans, business assistance loans) is granted only if the financial viability and sustainability of the agricultural enterprise is guaranteed. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Conditions for small agricultural enterprises (II); Additional provisions for cantonal contributions to housing reconstruction (III); Additional provisions for grants to alpine establishment (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V).
