Abstract The present Regulations implement the Federal Ordinance on the securing of potable water in emergency situations of 20 November 1991 and the Ordinance implementing the Federal Water Protection Act (Cantonal Water Protection Ordinance of 16 March 2006. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to designated authorities responsible for the cooperation with water suppliers. The text consists of 6 articles.
