Abstract

The present Regulations implement the Federal Hunting Ordinance of 4 June 2012 and the Cantonal Hunting Law of 20 May 1973. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to hunting activities and related issues in the Canton Obwalden. The text consists of 48 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: Hunting rights or entitlement (I); Fees (II); Hunting seasons and shooting plan (III); Game protection (IV); Hunting activities (V); Inspection (VI); Statistics and bounties on hunting (VII). Two Annexes are enclosed.
