The present Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2009.
Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Fishery Ordinance of 18 December 1997. In particular, the Regulation lays down details relating to fishing activities in the Canton of Obwalden. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: Fishing without authorization (I); Fishing with authorization (II); Fishing authorization fees (III); Fishing activities (IV); Fishing gear and methods (V); Protective measures (VI); Final provisions (VII). One Annex is enclosed concerning fishing gear in professional fishing.
